Zhongzheng District, Taipei City｜Liu Shandong Beef Noodles

One of the best beef noodles in Taipei that I had. People have to queue a bit before getting inside. Once inside, it says you need to wait from 15 to 20 minutes before your meal is ready but I barely waited for 5 minutes. Beef is so soft and broth so warm and tasty, they were so much noodles that I could not finished it. Definitely a must try. A local customer sitting nearby even advised in mandarin to try a local spice with the beef, not bad.

Excellent local beef noodles place in the heart of Taipei 🐄 The soup is clear and not too strong, but you can add the spice and pickles on the table. Beef melted in my mouth. The staff was friendly and nice although they don't really speak English. I recommend trying thin noodles than thick one with Google translation. Paiku (fried pork) is also worth trying!!

Really delicious beef noodle soup. I personally prefer the braised soup (vs clear one) as it has deeper flavor, but both are worth trying. The noodle itself and pickle were also very good. Superb service, 10 out of 10. Very quick, friendly and welcoming!
