Zhongzheng District, Taipei City｜Liang Pin Beef Noodles

A must taste. Had a early morning flight to Taipei - landed 06:40am! Wandering around Taipei Main Station for lunch. Saw this shop. Ordered beef slice and tendon with thin noodles. Broth aromatic without overwhelming. Both the beef slices and tendon was heavenly; best I had so far. Noodles was fresh made with a wonderful texture. This lunch was most heartwarming...

The noodles here are absolutely amazing! I ate so much more food than I ever thought I possibly could. The broth was so flavorful, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. Not to mention the meat was so tender and delicious. I have left Taiwan and it makes me very sad that I will not be able to get these noodles anymore.

Just at the back alley of my hotel, decided to try this out after seeing a reasonable number of customer. No regrets. Meat was tender and juicy. Tendon was firm and chewy. Soups was light and slightly bland IMO. Free flow sauce, salty veg and Chilli for you to pair with your meals. No need to go to those fancy long queues beef noodles shop liao. #KKtalkFood
