If you want to pay extra for a more comfortable beef noodle experience, this is the spot. It has air-conditioning and a bathroom. The beef and the tendon are very good but it is double the price compared to other competitors. The noodles are also very good but the broth isn't my favorite. The zhajiangmian was very good also. They also have qr code ordering which is convenient for foreigners.

My first beef noodle soup spot in Taipei and it did not disappoint. The noodles are hand pulled so it has lots of bounce when they make it. I got the combo with beef, tripe, and tendon which was amazing. They have unlimited pickled vegetables that is self serve and side dishes in the fridge. I stopped by after snacking a bit by the night market and it was so worth it.

Discovered the stall by accident when walking around Ningxia night market. Absolutely love the beef noodles. Will be back!
