It's delicious. It suits my taste.

What you eat is not just Shacha mutton, but traditional Taiwanese food. The noodles almost cover the entire plate. The fried noodle pot smell and the flavor of sand tea are both good enough. It is a soft noodle but does not have a strange alkaline taste. But there’s not a lot of mutton and water spinach. But $90 a plate is still a good deal, and the taste is really good.

Shacha Mutton Noodles, which I crave every once in a while, now costs NT$90 per serving. The texture of the noodles inside is still better than that of the packed noodles, and not as soft.
