This was described to me as a Taiwanese taco spot and I gotta say...pretty accurate (although I'm from Canada so I have a very loose definition of taco). We all got different fillings to put in the soft, fluffy bread and we were all equally delighted. I hadn't seen anything like this in Taipei before and would definitely recommend trying it.
