I like their beef noodle soup. The broth is light and not salty, just right IMO. The beef is tender and the flavor is good. They cut their green onion thin just the way I like it. The medium size bowl we ordered were just right, but since it's my first time, I should have ordered the big bowl. It is definitely one of my favorites BNS bowl in town.

The soup is rich, the noodles are moderately firm, and it goes well with shallots. There are a variety of side dishes to choose from. Dried orchids and shredded tofu are recommended. From snacks to large dishes, the prices are now on the high side.
