Zhongshan District, Taipei City｜Mid-February Soba

Great soba! I ordered a dipping soba set that comes with prawn tempura. I also added on a soft boiled egg. Soba is al dente! Tempura skin is crispy, not too thick and doesn't have an oily after taste. Overall a great meal! Highly recommend!

Amazingly tasty and healthy noodles all made family in-house. One of the hidden gems in Taipei. Recommend anyone who is going to make room to try all their 'small dishes'. The restaurant is famous for a few things including, most obviously, their soba noodles, duck, and tempura-styled fried dishes. I found almost everything we had to be very well thought out, balanced and executed. Prices seemed reasonable for a high end noodle place, but definitely still a bargain for the quality. Expect long lines of you are going right at lunch time.

Lovely soba restaurant situated in a quiet street. If you love soba, try this place. It has a range of presenting/cooking soba with a nice homely feel.
