Michelin bib, an unpretentious mom and pop shop that offers the traditional noodle and shallot rice. The best dishes are all from Taiwan-raised pork from farm to table - pork liver, intestines, pig ear. It is a shop not to be missed if you are a foodie.

If you like to try the most authentic Taiwanese noodle soup or fried onion rice, this is the best place. It’s delicious and totally affordable! This is one of the places we have to visit when we come back to Taiwan. There is nothing this good in Northern California.
