The fried buns are soft Q, the fried bottom is super delicious, and it is delicious without seasoning. The scallion pancakes are super tasty, plus the hidden version of chili (the boss kept it privately on the counter, so don’t try it lightly if you are afraid of spicy food), you should be able to eat three pieces!
