Da’an District, Taipei City｜Liao Jia Beef Noodle Restaurant

This is my new favorite beef noodle restaurant in Taipei. The fact that their broth is light in color but intense in flavor means that they the flavor is not added by just putting soy sauce.

Delicious beef noodle soup in a hole-in-the wall Restaurant. Staff is helpful to foreigners and you can pick some additional small dishes like tofu from the bar. Prepare for some queuing though

Ordered the signature beef noodles. I like the soup and noodles, exactly my taste. The meat itself isn't really impressive, a bit dry in my opinion. Yet I consider the soup as the most vital part of beef noodles so I'd still give it a thumb up. There aren't many seats and the place is popular so better go early on weekend. We queued for about 30 minutes to get in during lunchtime. Take cash only.
