Very fun local food joint. They cook the food out in the open and bring it to your table. Pretty neat way to eat a local mean recommended by the staff at our hotel. Highly recommend the squid and the Large intestine! Remember to have the wasabi with the squid, it's so so so good!

Short rice noodle in a bonito infused soup stock. An assortment of poached fresh seafood, meats and offal paired with a soya wasabi dipping sauce. All of these are so fabulously good simply because the ingredients are so fresh. Place is always filled pack with local with their family in tow.

Although rice noodles are the signature, I personally recommend their stewed pork rice. It tastes sweet and rich but not greasy. It is very delicious. All kinds of stewed vegetables are excellent. Large intestines and braised pork are must-orders. preferred
