Da’an District, Taipei City｜Lao Tzang Beef Noodles

Food was really good! Took less than 5 minutes for all the food to be served. Love the efficiency. Air conditioner was blasting, so we didn’t felt hot even we were eating hot soup noodles. Would recommend

The broth is rich and flavorful, the beef is tender, and the noodles are hearty; it’s one of the only beef noodle soup places that serves flavorful beef noodle soup. (Most beef noodle soup places, like the “famous” one near Lao Tzang, are bland and over cooked - they taste like hot water with chewy noodles and inedible beef that got stuck between your teeth.) But this place is lit, serving delicious food efficiently. It took about 5-10 minutes for the food to come. I’d highly recommend the Mala flavor. Will definitely visit again.

The beef noodle (half meat half tendon, spicy favour) is amazing. The broth is rich. Beef is tender. The tendon almost melt in mouth. The noodle is al Dante which can also carry the broth.
