This is what we come to Taiwan for - beautifully traditional Taiwanese flavours, packing a solid punch with each spoonful. The fish balls here are to die for - springy with a satisfying bite, stuffed with a meat surprise. Noodles are flavourful with just the right amount of oil and give. This is an awesome restaurant, definitely worth travelling halfway around the world for.
