Unparalleled edomae sushi and service. Chef Sato-san is thoughtful, detailed, and skilled throughout his whole process of choosing/preparing/serving sushi, and his effort transcends into the guest’s every bite. My personal favourites included: iwashi (sardine), kinmedai (snapper), aji (horse mackerel), and sayori (needlefish). Their lunch courses (NT$1200 for sushi omakase, NT$2200 for chef’s omakase) are truly unbeatable, especially in comparison to restaurants of similar calibre in New York, Honolulu, Vancouver, etc. A must for any sushi-lover in Taipei!

A very under appreciated high quality Japanese restaurant... Traditional but very tasty Japanese omakase, very reasonable price but very under appreciated in my view...

Definitely the best choice from years ago in Taipei. Sato san is kind and polite as always. The fish prepared though sometimes not in the best position, even just the atmosphere made me happy and enjoy the food. I believe no matter who comes to this sushi restaurant, they will receive the same attitude (one session, one session) This is the best choice for me to eat sushi in Taipei. Every time I go to No Sushi, I can feel the intention and polite response of Master Sato. I think anyone who comes here can feel the same atmosphere, just like the Japanese saying one session
