The scallion pancakes are crispy. I’m not used to Taiwan’s carrot cakes being too soft. This is just a personal taste. You can set up a stall at the street door to do business. It feels very authentic. The boss is very kind.

One of the better 蛋饼 that I’ve had in Taipei; it comes with a choice of soy sauce or meat sauce; the meat sauce gave it a heartier kick!

They serve one of the traditional Taiwanese dish, "wah quei". It means a cake in the bowl. The cake is normally salty, and this shop serves with stir fried bean curd and 2 kinds of sauce to choose. 1. Meat sauce 2. Soy sauce It's simply delicious!
