Incredibly restoring the original deliciousness of real Northeastern cuisine. I've been to several "Northeastern cuisine" restaurants in the past, but it turned out that they were pretending to be Northeastern cuisine, but they were actually restaurants specializing in pickled cabbage and white meat hot pot. In addition to the sauerkraut and white meat pot that caters to Taiwanese characteristics, this store still has many authentic Northeastern home-cooked dishes. Obviously we didn't order the sauerkraut and white meat pot. We didn't eat that. The butchered pork dish was what we should eat. The big peel is cool and refreshing, the skin is elastic, and the cucumber shreds and carrot shreds are crisp and refreshing. The pepper tofu skin is very delicious, but the only drawback is the green pepper, which has little spiciness. If it were replaced with pepper, a little more spiciness would be perfect, and the tofu skin is just right. Mao Er is made in the Northeast, using the method of fried noodles. It is not the wet method of other regions. You can pay attention to the order, but it is still delicious and chewy. The sauerkraut and pork dumplings are delicious. I’ll give it a try at a Taiwanese dumpling shop. The meat filling is not a big one in the Northeast, but it’s much more affordable than the ones here. When you bite into it, the pork and sauerkraut soup bursts in your mouth. It’s full of fillings. Full of happiness. The fungus was shipped from the Northeast. It was thick and tasty, but not big enough. It must have been out of season. Chicken Stewed with Mushrooms Hmm...the chicken is a bit lacking, but the vermicelli and hazelnut mushrooms inside are first-rate and delicious. The sauce skeleton has the aroma of wine and is delicious, but there are no gloves attached. If you want to get started directly, you can ask for some wet wipes. If you want to eat elegantly, don't order it. The sauerkraut in the butcher's cabbage tastes very good. It has been marinated for enough time, and the sourness is very appetizing. The blood sausage becomes more fragrant after being cooked in the soup. The frozen tofu tastes great after soaking up the sauerkraut broth, but be careful to burn your mouth. This is the first time I have eaten such authentic Northeastern food in Taiwan. If you really want to try Northeastern food, I highly recommend coming to this restaurant and ordering the dishes. Don’t order the sauerkraut and white meat pot. Northeasterners don’t eat this stuff.

I was riding scooter home on my usual route but then it started to rain. I didn't have my rain coat with me, and since I was a bit hungry I decided to eat and wait for the rain to stop. Google told me this restaurant is excellent. I looked at the menu, it isn't exactly a solo eater friendly restaurant however they do have few items that would work. The food is North Eastern Chinese food. I ended up getting a cold noodle dish that I haven't had in quite a few years. Also got a "personal" sour cabbage hot pot soup to go. (this item is to-go only) To be honest I'm not a huge fan of the sour cabbage soup. It tastes just fine, just my taste buds aren't acclimated to it. The cold noodle dish however, is FANTASTIC. The chef is a lady! She is friendly and I spoke to her a bit. I want to bring family & friends here so I can try more food.

I've been eating it for years, it's really delicious
