Totally recommend this!! I will definitely be back for this when I travel to Taiwan again. Their beef are so tender, the dumplings sauce/spicies are so nicely done. A delicious bowl of beef noodles! I ordered clear braised beef noodles, braised beef noodles and red oil noodles. The beef is very tender! Will definitely recommend it to friends! 👍🏻

It is not as high profile as some other more famous beef noodle places but flavours and portions wise it is definitely on par. Portions of meat are generous, broth is decent and staff are attentive. Price is reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend

The dining environment is good, and the meals are even better!! The beef noodles can be stewed or braised, and the meat of both options can be whole gluten, whole meat or half gluten and half meat. I have always been a fan of beef tendons, but after eating Shiji’s beef, I gave up the tendons and went for the whole meat. I especially recommend the beef slices of the braised beef noodles. It melts in your mouth, the meat is fresh and tender, and the soup is not overly salty. The noodles are just right. The braised beef is a piece of meat. After eating it once, I thought it was a bit on the burnt side (compared to the braised pork slices, which melts in your mouth~), but the soup is really good, and you can choose the spiciness. Finally, the must-try dried tofu and dried flowers are highly recommended! There are few restaurants where the braised meat is so warm and delicious. It’s a must-try if you visit again.
