The chef expressed in her own word, the freedom to create her food. It's not fusion, it's not purely Western food. She creates such beautiful food. Amazingly well prepared. One dish at a time. It's a blend of French, US, Eastern Europe, Australia, I don't how to describe it. Her food is outstanding. Especially her treatment of various meat. Salad is amazing too... but try her chicken, beef, various meat dish! Sorry, I didn't take that many pictures. Just trust me. The lemon tar as finishing touch, marvelous.

Fantastic food, cozy environment and very nice service. Chief shows her passion and professional attitude towards cooking. I was surprised by every dishes started from the homemade bread, and was most impressed by the hot salad in bitter oil (苦茶油熱沙律) and mushroom risotto, really tasty.

The chef was really creative. She used top ingredients and exotic spices. The food was impeccable. I had vegetarian special dishes. Words fail to describe how delicious they were. (Updated on Dec 2020: I paid a second visit. My mom and I ordered truffle risotto and roasted veggies. They tasted heavenly. We totally loved the exotic seasonings and fresh ingredients. The cook worked wonders.)
