It is a place that is not very eye-catching. After entering, you have to wait until everyone is seated before you can be seated. The main people in charge of the outfield and infield are Japanese. However, you can have a simple communication. The first choice is of course to go to the bar seat. After that, the clerk will bring you water and a menu, including ramen and tsukemen. Today I ordered barbecued pork tonkotsu ramen and the evening limited-edition Japanese dumplings, and then I was waiting for the ramen! There are quite a few places in the store, but on weekday evenings it feels like there isn’t much business! When the ramen is served, the noodles are homemade, slightly hard and chewy, the soup is rich but not greasy, the eggs are perfectly half-cooked, very good, the barbecued pork has fat and lean meat, and is not too soft. Chew it a little, it tastes pretty good~ The portion of the Japanese fried dumplings is not large, but the filling tastes good. The dipping sauce is soy sauce and vinegar (I guess).
