Tender beef, flavourful clear soup, clean and comfortable environment [7 Oct] Another wonderful meal today. Uploaded 1 more photo. [9 Oct] one more visit to try the small rib noodle and 牛肉凍... so yummy. Managed to convinced a French man to come in and try as he was apprehensive loooking at the poster 🤣

The food was amazing! We went to many Beef Noodle Soup (BNS) restaurants throughout Taiwan from southern Khaosiung to Taipei. This place from the 10+ restaurants was by far the best. The restaurant itself is tucked away on a quiet side street, and the interior is well decorated with a cozy feeling. Everything is well kept and extremely clean! Their BNS was not only presented beautifully, but the soup was perfectly seasoned, not overly salty with a strong beef flavor. The noodles were cooked well and the beef was so soft I barely chewed. The side dishes were also great, I would recommend grabbing a plate of their pickled cucumber, the sour, salty crunch they give add to the experience. Overall I would say this place is better than any tourist trap or even popular restaurants like Din Tai Fung. Give it a try!

We stopped here for beef noodle soup when visiting taipei. The store owners are very friendly and the soup is one of the best I've had. I recommend half beef tendon and half braised beef. You can ask for soup refills for free and the portions are huge. Highly recommend!
