Zhongshan District, Taipei City｜堤諾義大利比薩 Tino's Pizza 台北民生門市

Taiwan doesn't try to copy exact. Especially when it comes to pizza. Sure, Tino's Margherita pizza is pass able by western standards, but it is their uniquely Taiwanese spin on their pies that sets them apart. Squid ink pizza, chicken and apple curry, citrus Matsuzaka pork, smoked duck breast with orange sauce, and truffle with mushroom change the game for pizza. They have a great mix of western and Asian flavors in their pasta dishes. But my personal favorites are their non-alcoholic mojito selection. They do have a limited selection of beer. Love the food, music, and groove. Pizza that is unapologetically Taiwanese.
