A lot of Sichuan food in Taipei isn’t great. The noodles here are excellent and pretty spicy. Hallelujah! I think maybe the chef is a 四川人？ I always have the 燃麵. It’s excellent! The side dishes (tofu etc) are more like standard Taiwanese 小吃 though. Focus on the noodles!
