The third restaurant of Taiwan University of Science and Technology is one of the few restaurants with reasonable quality and price. Even meal times usually don't take long. It is also open during non-dinner hours. Missing the meal time is one of the few choices that can be full except for the green onion pancake.

The service attitude is good, and the price of the signature dumplings is adjusted to 5.5 yuan per piece.
