Wenshan District, Taipei City｜Yuan Xing Beef Noodle Restaurant

Truly a hidden gem in terms of Taipei beef noodles / 牛肉麵. I am absolutely obsessed with this little restaurant - it’s nothing fancy but for $100 NTD you’ll be presented with one of the tastiest bowls you’ll come across in Taipei. Pictured is a medium size, probably adequate unless you’re utterly starved.

My favorite beef noodles, braised in soy sauce and stewed are all delicious. In addition, dried flowers and radishes are also a must, and they are highly recommended.

It’s a restaurant you may just pass by because it’s nothing special from outside, but after you taste it, you’ll love it for sure ;)
