Beef chow mein for 90 ntd that you simply cannot beat at the price point. Tried the scallion pancakes with beef and shrimp and pork dumplings. Still great, but not as amazing. Served free tea both times I visited. Staff did not speak English (neither should they just for me) but went out of their way to help me choose. Will definitely go there again and highly recommend to anyone on a budget

The food comes out quickly and delicious Taiwanese Sichuan food.
