It felt a little bland, but it was just right after mixing in the shredded pork. With the addition of homemade chili sauce and minced garlic by the proprietress, the overall flavor is enhanced, and the fried egg inside is a stroke of genius. The portion is really big, and the small bowl can hardly finish it. I prefer the ones here to the famous stores in Ximending.
