If you like hotpot, this is the place to go. This Japanese hotpot restaurant has stellar and thoughtful service. The staff made good recommendations and even helped us to peel the prawns and deshell the crayfish. Most people would order a set which comprise an appetiser (salad), main (can be seafood or meat), vegetable platter, choice of carbs (noodles, congee, rice) and desserts. There are also ala carte options. At the end of your meal, the staff would prepare congee using the leftover stock and ingredients and it was the BEST THING EVER! Very flavourful and comforting congee. If you couldnt finish the congee, the place also allowed takeaways. If you only have time for one hotpot, would recommend this place as it is quite special. Do note this place is pricier than the usual TW eateries, and be prepared to spend SGD50 - 60 per person. They open reservations three months in advance.

The congee is one of the best I have ever eaten 😍but you have enough stomach capacity so you can eat them all😆

The food and service are excellent, except that the top Wagyu beef we ordered came too big. It would be better if it could be divided into smaller pieces. I like Orange's porridge, which is really delicious and tasty.
