This is the best beef noodle I have tried and I have been hoping around eating beef noodles as my Taipei trip objective. Deserves 5 stars. My dear Singaporeans will love this. The soup has a tinge of old style herbal taste and spice which is a Super big plus for me - my key evaluation criteria. The beef portion is generous and so tender, just melt in your mouth. The noodle is springy and goes so well with the soup. Many Thumbs up!
