The owner is super nice and an amazing person. He trusts his customers a lot because you get the pancakes and leave the amount of money you owe in a box. If you need you take change out of the box too. I’d honestly recommend this place for a quick snack. Really good tasting 蔥油餅 super cheap too!

A one man operation, this is the best in Taipei. Always consistent, fairly priced. Exactly how it should be: crispy outside, perfectly layered, just the right amount of oil and scallion

This is by far the best scallion pancake I have ever had! It is crispy on the outside, especially the edges, flaky and a bit chewy in the inside, which provides a well-balanced and layered texture. It also has a pretty good flour to scallion ratio. The boss is really friendly and you can tell he is professional and has a high standard on the pancakes. Me and my family keep coming back for it and we can for sure tell that the taste and texture are very consistent. The cooking area is clean and organized unlike other scallion pancake shop/stall. Definitely a must try. Pretty sad it’s moved from my neighborhood to Muzha though.
