The seats are all at the bar, which can accommodate about ten guests. There are also chairs in the back! The menus are all on the table. What is different here is that the waiter will put tea in a small pot instead of providing water, which is different from the ramen shops I have eaten in before! This time I ordered tonkotsu fish noodle soup (210 grams) and lava chocolate! While waiting, I noticed that there were many small toys on the bar table. I heard that they were for chopsticks, but I didn’t check! The seasoning is the general to the chili and so on... The protagonist is served. The store uses homemade whole wheat noodles, which are completely different from the noodles used in ordinary ramen. The soup tastes very good, rich but not overly salty and can be easily drank. However, the consistency is thicker than I expected. It's a little thinner, the noodles are moderately soft, and the whole wheat noodles are chewier and full of texture! The soft-boiled eggs were also in a perfect paste shape, and the barbecued pork was average, nothing special! The dessert was as I expected, not too surprising, and the taste was okay, but it was not overly sweet, which was acceptable! Chocolate still has a good taste as he served it! Overall, it’s an approachable bowl of noodles, but it doesn’t interest me much. Maybe I should try tsukemen or other flavors next time~

On Monday, Menu Yuen only served curry rice. I ordered the barbecued pork curry rice, which had soft and tender barbecued pork.
