The best in town with scrumptious brunch and a nice dessert. The attitude of the staff was friendly and supporting. They have a menu on the website which can be easily accessed from the QR code provided by the staff.

Great food variety. I particularly like the bread served hot!! I also want to call out the exceptional services by Yo Yo who was extremely attentive and took good care of his customers (aka my friends and me). He was also customer-centric and considerate to signal us to use the toilet on 1F when the one on 2F was wet. Thanks for your hospitality that made our dining experience memorable!

The Second Floor is my favorite restaurant. This is the nth time I’ve had a meal review. Today I ordered spicy scallop cream pasta and tenderloin cheese sandwich. The midterm sandwich was a business lunch. The business lunch at The Second Floor is really a good deal. For an extra 40 yuan, you can get unlimited refills of soup and drinks, although the variety is not extensive. The pasta is very creamy and not too wet. If I really want to talk about the shortcomings, the portion is too much for a snack girl XDD Two meals plus service charge are 715 cp, which is a very high value😋😋😋
