Small Omakase restaurant that seats only 8 guests. Reservations must be made ahead of time. It is run by a couple who prepares some absolutely fresh, delicious, and authentic Japanese food. The presentation of the food is excellent as well. Portions are generous.

I had omakase 7 or 8 course meal tonight. Fantastically fresh sushi, sashimi and some cooked dishes. It's Japanese with a tinge of Taiwan. Very delicious. I will come again within this year. If you are an English native speaker, make sure you have a Taiwanese friend/compatriot/lover with you for translation purposes. The banter definitely adds to the awesome flavours. Costs around 100+ sgd per person. Chef has a very very sharp knife. So you know you're getting a good non-tattered piece of raw fish.

It’s a very authentic Japanese izakaya cuisine running by a Taiwanese couple. The chef’s excellent cutting technique provides a banquet for both your eyes & tongue. The hostess is very kind and keen to share her knowledge regarding Japanese food. Considering the fresh & tasty food, almost art like plating, and the relaxing vibe here, I think the price is pretty reasonable.
