Best experience Japanese food, affordable food. I messaged to book in advance via chat in google maps. Had one of the most impressive food. The chef himself makes the food... so highly recommend to go with someone who has at least basic communication in mandarin. And I bet you’ll love the food.

This was my second time and it already felt like coming home. The chef and his team were so kind and served the best Japanese food and sushi I have ever eaten. Quality of the ingredients are superb and after one big menu with several courses you will feel like the chef has made a culinary voyage through the entire ocean. Since I could not speak Chinese the lady and the chef were even so kind and translated every course for me via google translate and told me how to best eat it. This restaurant is a hidden treasure amongst Taipei’s vast restaurant scene and feels cosy and exclusive since not a lot of people know of this place. Definitely worth a visit and I will make sure to visit again, whenever I am around in Taipei.
