Da’an District, Taipei City｜Xiang Kouzhong Shi Breakfast Restaurant

This is one of my favorite places for 鹹豆漿. It actually is a quite unusual form to prepare it, because it's much more liquid than in other places. It's almost like normal soymilk but with an extremely rich and condensed taste, almost like putting the double amount of soybeans with half the amount of water- really really good. There are many other typical breakfast options and the staff will tell you if it's vegan/vegetarian even if you don't explicitly ask. The only drawback is that seating is very limited. Also be aware that this place closes earlier than some other breakfast places.
