A noodle place serving the same local noodle dishes you’d expect except far more flavoursome! Everything we ate was full of flavour and texture, which is often missing from some of the smaller, local shops.

宜品福州干拌面 is a hidden gem in Taipei that serves authentic and delicious Fuzhou-style noodles and dumplings. The noodles are dry mixed with a special sauce that has a balanced taste of sweet, sour, spicy, and savory. The noodles are also very chewy and springy, which makes them satisfying to eat. The soup that comes with the noodles is also very flavorful and refreshing, with a hint of vinegar and cilantro. The dumplings are another highlight of the store. They are handmade with fresh ingredients and have a thin wrapper that doesn’t overpower the filling. The filling is juicy and tender, with a mix of pork, shrimp, and chives. The dumplings are best enjoyed with some vinegar and soy sauce. The store is located in a small alley near MRT station. It is easy to find if you follow the signs or use Google Maps. The store is not very big, but it has a cozy and clean atmosphere. The walls are decorated with photos of celebrities who have visited the store and newspaper clippings that praise the store’s food. The staff are friendly and attentive, and they will help you order and serve you quickly. The store is usually very busy during lunch and dinner hours, so you might have to wait for a table or share a table with other customers. However, the turnover rate is fast, so you won’t have to wait too long. The price of the food is very reasonable for the quality and quantity. You can also order some side dishes such as seaweed salad, tofu skin, or pickled vegetables for . The portions are generous and filling, so you will get your money’s worth. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves noodles and dumplings, or who wants to try something different from the usual Taiwanese cuisine. This place is one of my favorite spots in Taipei, and I always come back whenever I crave some comfort food.

A very normal diner but has clean, wide , fair price, delicious, good services and other advantages! Anyway, their plain noodle stirred with vinegar, fried spices and spicy oil could probably be the most delicious one in TPC.
