Amazing ramen and aburasoba (saucey ramen with no broth) place. English menu available, cash only. Counter style. Great service. If you like chewy noodles, then get the thin noodle ramen. Their classic chicken citrus flavor is light and flavorful - very unique. The spicy pork aburasoba and wontons are also delicious! Go before 6:30pm as line get pretty long after. We waited 15 min at 6:20pm on a Wednesday.

Super delicious! The taste of citrus in the soup make the ramen taste light and I have all the soup! There are different soup flavor you can choose and some of them contained clams, but all of them would have the gentle taste of citrus. I’m also pro the soft boiled eggs and would definitely recommended to plus the egg! The side dishes taste good but nothing special. Be prepared to line up for the ramen since the shop is small and lots of people want to come here!

It was my first time here and it took a little over a hour from putting my name down to getting seated. The line queue is quite efficient as a worker is checking the list and advising wait time or the process to order / get seated. There was a lot of people even for a weekday lunch (Monday). I really liked the flavorful broth, it is different from the usual Tonkotsu broths you would get at most ramen places. I enjoyed the Citrus Sea Salt Ramen that came with pork and chicken and I added a poached egg. I would definitely come back again but would try to come earlier to beat the wait (if that’s possible).
