Best veggie noodles as name says this place has one big table for seating not too much crowded and they have more veggie selection than others I felt. They can refill more soup liquid if you need. Choose your own ingredients with type of noodle you want like hotpot but without stove so just enjoy with different sauces. It's filling during cold weather

It's a interpretation of the modern noodles stall - good food but with higher prices and an upmarket feel. You step in, pick up a shopping bag and choose whatever vegetables you like. You also need to decide what kind of noodles you like - ramen, instant noodles, flat noodles etc. There are many selections of fresh vegetables on a vertical stand. Once you are done with the selections, you go to the counter and pay, then wait for your dish to be cooked. It's a shared table and free seating. The place is small so avoid peak periods. Unfortunately there is only one soup base. No choices. The soup base goes into all the noodle bowl. Thankfully it's really delicious and not salty at all. The only real.downside is the price. Every small item you pick up costs about 20NT. To make up a decent bowl of noodles would set you back by around 160NT. Still it is aively place for vegetarians, especially if you like Asian noodles.
