Homemade Tunjing Ramen, the noodles are very chewy and perfectly matched with the rich soup. The special char siu pork is salty and not greasy. This time I ordered the flavor of reducing salt and oil. Maybe I eat lightly and still can’t finish the soup I still think it would be better if it was lighter, but this is not like Japanese ramen! Fried chicken pieces with shredded vegetables and sauce are also a salty flavor for rice. After eating so much salt, I will eat it again Miso stewed large intestine, has become a burden of stacking....... This time is another challenge after eating other Japanese ramen a year ago. My tolerance to salty taste is really low, so I should try the combination of ramen + drink or tofu, which is a light taste consumer good choice.

Been here many times and the food is always good, love their chewy noodles and think soup base.

I'll admit I'm not a ramen afficionado but I do love pasta. The Miso broth in particular is my favorite, I've been to this specific location several times and typically end up getting the deluxe, which comes with all of the fixings. The flavor is excellent and the ingredients seem to always be quite good, the last time I was there the pork had a little too much fat for my taste, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.
