Songshan District, Taipei City｜Miss Qin’s Soy Milk

Started to visit this breakfast place many years ago, the eatery was redecorated during the covid period, more systematic for customers to order the food. I love their unique preserved long beans eggs pancake roll 豇豆蛋餅 and meatballs and eggs clay oven roll 獅子頭燒餅加蛋. I used to like their savory soy milk but this time they didn’t add much toppings. Definitely will come back again for the food here.

Tooooooo good! Possibly the best dangbin in town. The shop has been around for a long time, here they serve a traditional Taiwanese breakfast with various options to choose from. Went on a weekend, we were lucky to be seated right away and got the orders really fast. We tried the lions head shaobin (meatball sandwich), jiangdou dangbin (long bean egg pancake) and xingian pork dangbin, all of them were simply delicious! Good flavors and awesome textures, must try the chilly pastes on the side!
