This teppangyaki 鐵板 place is conveniently located around a residential area so if you are around this area, it's good to try it. Their meats are cooked right in front of you and are very tender and taste good. They also provide grilled seasoned vegetables and bean sprouts. Their rice and drinks (soft drinks and teas) are unlimited. Their menu has no English and they only accept cash as a medium of payment. Just make sure to wear clothes you are ready to smell like stirfry.

Price 2-400 my per person. Really nice teppenyaki, clean, nice owners. A bit more expensive than other places but worth the increased price for flavor, cleanliness and quality of food.
