My absolute favorite 煎包 in Taipei! They're the first stall at the entrance of the nightmarket and there's always a long line. As soon as you taste one of the baos, you'll understand why! It's absolutely worth the wait. While you wait in line, you'll be able to watch them make the baos and cook them, which is fascinating and impressive in and of itself.
