Da’an District, Taipei City｜El Marques

Having lived in Spain, I can say with certainty that this place is the real deal (with a chef from Madrid). Loved the paella, it is exactly what you’d want from this lovely dish - crispy crust and loads of seafood. The tortilla is done properly … just a little runny inside. The croquetas especially the mushroom ones were divine. Great selection of wine and awesome service. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the dinner, owner head chef Jorge is from Spain and is very friendly. The food we ordered are all well prepared, quite close to what you might get in Spain. Price wise its not cheap given its a tapas place and portions are small, but you get quality food. Highly recommended.
