It’s an authentic Japanese Tsukemen 沾麵 in Taipei !! They only provide three kind of dishes as the menu shown. Not only Tsukemen they also serve Ramen in the store but I won’t recommend. The sauce is flavorful with shrimp and a bit sesame taste. Might feel a bit too heavy in the end, I feel like ordering a cup of oolong along would be a great idea! The vibe in the store bring me to Japan for a short while. Would definitely recommend!!

Love the thick Chewy noodles, and appreciated the free ice water hecauxe indeed the tsukemen sauce is extremely salty!! The broth is very thick and a little oily. You may feel it is too rich after mid-way through the meal. What was quite disconcerting was the staff who seemed a little too intense in hurrying the customers along. They will circle round the shop as though eyeing the tables that were not eating fast enough.

Finally found a top quality Japanese tsukemen shop in Taipei! The hardness of the noodle was perfect and the source was amazing! Chicken/pork/shrimp based source with amazing strong but not too strong flavor. Just eating the noodle with the source was already very satisfying... Must go early, before 12pm, the shop was already full with at least 10 people waiting in line...
