Been here many times. Great rice noodles and side meat and innards dishes. Also want to mention Huang Mama Rice Noodle Shop, which is right next door! Same menu and just as good! So make sure you tried them both. These pics are for Huang Mama. My Liu Mama review had their pics.

The sesame sauce is very fragrant and delicious. Those who like strong flavors will love it. There is an exclusive hot sauce and white vinegar on the table. If you don’t like spicy food, remember to add two or three drops. It is very fragrant. Remember to add some vinegar when you eat half of it. It will taste better. The noodles are just ordinary thin cold noodles, sometimes they feel too dry, but fortunately there is a lot of sauce, which just makes up for it. Don’t forget to order the three-in-one soup, the egg drop and miso soup. The meatballs are solid, crispy and delicious. The egg drop is made with hot soup so it is very tender. The miso is not too strong and the saltiness is moderate, so you can finish it. The cold noodles are too rich.

Needed a supper place to satisfy my tummy after a massage. This simple liang mian did just that. Ordered a big portion to share between two. The light savory garlic base blends well with the tangy noodles.
