Songshan District, Taipei City｜南岭精緻麵館 Nanling Noodle

This time when I was traveling from Shanghai to Taipei, I came to Nanling Exquisite Noodle House, which I have longed for. I still like to eat braised beef noodles. The soup is rich but not greasy; a few thick slices of beef are tender and juicy. My friend likes the lion head, which is delicious and chewy. The cold dishes in the store are also very delicious, including peanuts, lotus root slices, black fungus and mixed cucumber... everything is delicious, but our appetite is limited. As soon as the food was served, I couldn't wait to eat it, but I forgot to take a photo first. Fortunately, I remembered before I finished eating (see picture) 😁 Thank you boss lady for your warm service! Thank you for your exquisite food, we two girls actually bought the CD! 😛 Looking forward to coming again next time! 🙏

The beef noodle soups are excellently done in all aspects. I use this place as my go to kitchen when I crave for the taste of MaLa and don’t want to be trouble with cooking of the MaLa hot pot.

I went for lunch with family and really enjoyed it. My husband said the XO noodles had a nice hint of spice. The kids really liked the clear beef noodle soup broth and I liked how light and flavorful the lions head meatballs were.
