After eating Yilan, I regret not taking a few more steps to return to Tunjing. At $270 (or is it 280?), the super-value Tokyo ramen is not only cheaper than Ichiran, but it wins in all aspects. There are a lot of char siu, generous ingredients (delicious eggs, green onions, dried bamboo shoots, seaweed), the soup is as rich as Nagi nagi, and the noodles are quite firm. High CP value and delicious, sincerely recommend

The salad has a garlic flavor, I like it because it is delicious. The miso soup is rich and sweet with the sweetness of corn and creamy aroma, the taste is just right

Went there at 5pm and to my surprise, there was already quite a line. The wait was worth it. Rich broth, can certainly taste the umami. Pork has just the right ratio of meat to fat. The egg was cooked perfectly. Not too raw, nor too cooked.
