After eating for more than 20 years, I remember hanging the curtains of a 30-year-old shop 10 years ago. Fried rice noodles with meat broth is my personal must-order. Minced meat with garlic flavor is delicious with rice or rice noodles. The broth of bonito bottom is darker in color, thickened well without clumping or being too watery. There are about 7 soft and tender meat soups in a small bowl, and it is the best snack on Xindong Street in winter when served with fried rice noodles or stewed pork rice. Remember to add a braised egg.

Hard to translate this one. Famous for its 赤肉羹(thickened soup with starch coated pork/pork thick soup). Very tasty and fresh. You can order the soup and make it go along with rice or noodles. Or order the soy-stewed minced pork rice or the steamed/fried noodles. Price is cheap for the portion they serve. An old school place, stands here in the neighborhood for ages.
