Xinyi District, Taipei City｜Takemura Izakaya

The izakaya is popular due to the location. Most people come here for the photo of the Taipei 101. However, the food here is surprisingly good too. Since I don’t read Chinese characters, luckily the menu is translated. The service staff were also helpful in guiding me how to order.

Doesn't look like much on the outside but what really matters is the food inside. The food is amazing and lots to try from. Everything tasted fresh and the flavor was amazing. Try a little bit of Everything, you will not be disappointed.

This is an excellent, low-key, and very cosy food and drinks place. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and kind. The service is prompt and efficient. The food is tasty and delicious. The ambiance of the place is unique and welcoming. This is certainly a place worth visiting if you are passing through the neighborhood.
