Vietnamnese food near 101 which I recommend, at least i come here once per 2 months. Always order 香茅雞排飯， 炸豆腐. Price 260-280NT per meal. Taste 8/10. I try stir beef, also nice, but prefer fried chicken rice.

Vietnamese dishes nearby 101 tower areas. The food are delicious. The waitress can speak english very well , so its good for foreigner tourist to come and try. Environment are also good.

Despite all the reviews here saying that the service wasn’t that great, we encountered excellent service. We ordered the combination pho ($260NTD) and meat add ons are $80NTD which tasted very delicious. My friend encountered a small fly in his pho, but as we brought it to one of the waitress’s attention, she kept apologizing and gave us a brand new one. After that, they kept coming back to check on how the food went. For how much this bowl of pho costs in Xinyi District, it’s reasonable and cheap. You’re already paying cheaper prices in Asia so no need to fuss about how cheap or expensive a place is, but rather focus on how good the quality of food is! I WILL COME BACK AGAIN!
