Food was so good I forgot to take a pic when it was served haha. Ramen was cooked to perfection !! Go for richer soup taste trust me! If you love spicy, just go for higher level ! It’s not that spicy. Ended off my meal w Yuzu ice cream ! The cubicle was very cute as well. Queued for about 10 mins ? During weekday lunch time. At the end of the meal, you can even get their instant noodles or spices at the cashier to bring back home.

first time visiting and trying out ichiran, and quite intrigued with the dining experience - from booth-style dining, the courteous and friendly service crew, to the cashiers once you're done eating. food wise - ramen was cooked just right, they do have a recommended option for each (as seen in menu), so i tried to follow as closely and the recommendation didnt go wrong! texture of noodles was just right, so was the taste and the richness of the soup. didnt add any extra ingredients and the portion was just right. visited on a weekday during lunch time so crowds were expected, wait times was around 15-20 minutes in queue and another 10-15 minutes after placing your order at your booth/table. very good and immersive experience and would recommend anyone who hasnt tried to visit the shop.

queue was long however staff make it going fast. environment was defiantly good with each individual seating. This was a very good franchise in taipei. highly recommended. went there on a weekday 10pm plus supper, the soup was not oily
